This is one of my favourite apps. We use it for the kids. I use it during my commute. I love that you can create your own mix. It immediately puts me at ease and makes me sleepy.

Nice peaceful background noise, has helped settled my overthinking night brain, letting me settle into a good restful sleep. Quite a few choices in sounds right out of the bag. Also comes with an option to combine sounds , to make things a bit more interesting. I like it.

This helps to drown out my husbands snoring and gives me something else to focus on instead of his talk radio!
